Where is Fair Market located?

Fair Market is located at 1100 East 5th Street, Austin TX 78702, on the vibrant east side of the city. We are 1/2 mile from the Austin Convention Center and Historic East 6th Street, and within a mile of Rainey Street Historic District, The Texas Capitol, and Downtown Austin. The neighborhood is very walkable with lots of bars, breweries, and restaurants in the area. The nearest public transportation station is Plaza Saltillo.

How do I check if a date is available, request a proposal, or schedule a venue tour?

How do I confirm a booking?

To confirm a date for an event, a signed contract and payment of at least 50% of the total venue rental fee is required. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the event.

What parking is available?

Fair Market is conveniently located near multiple parking garages and open-air lots, and there’s usually street parking on surrounding streets as well. We recommend Metropolis pay-to-park lots at 1109 E 6th Street and 1121 E 7th Street, and garage parking at East Austin Hotel 1108 E 6th Street, as the closest options.

Who do I contact if I purchased a ticket to an event at Fair Market and I have a question?

Though we may cross-promote an event, Fair Market never handles ticketing for any events. If you purchased a ticket to an event at Fair Market we will unfortunately not be able to assist you with ticketing questions. Please refer to the information on the ticketing site or event web page and contact the promoters/hosts directly.

Can I bring my pet to an event?

Fair Market is a pet friendly venue, however, not all events are appropriate for pets. Clients that rent the venue will set their own guidelines for each event. Always check the event website for more details or contact the host of the event. Assistance animals are always welcome.

Can I hold a photoshoot at Fair Market?

Yes! We do book the venue at an hourly rate for both film and photoshoots regularly. Please submit an inquiry using the BOOK NOW button or email us at events@fairmarketaustin.com and someone from our team will assist you with more information.
